Each Sport Nation auto decal is printed at the highest possible quality for outdoor use.  By aligning ourselves with one of the premier decal printers in the industry whose contract work also includes production for the NFL, MLB, NBA, Disney, Warner Brothers, Reebok, and Nike, Sport Nation automotive decals are tried and tested, 100% UV (ultra violet) resistant and can stand up to all types of weather conditions.

The Quality Difference: Indoor Sticker Use vs. Outdoor Sticker Use

Indoor use stickers (not decals) can use 300 dpi using lithographic technology, but are not UV rated. As a result, these items will fade, chip, peel, crack or tear under hot or cold weather conditions in a short amount of time. Unlike indoor stickers which use lithographic printing at a resolution of 300 dpi or more, Sport Nation produces an unique automotive decal which are UV resistant and can stand up to all types of weather conditions.  As such, these decals must use a spot color screen print process with color output of 200-250 dpi, which is the highest resolution you can print using this technology. We then further apply a 1ml clear polyester lamination over the top of the decal which gives the decal a secondary protective coating.  This helps ensure the lifespan of decal to about 5 years under the most harsh of weather environments.  As a result, Sport Nation hopes the quality control instilled in its decals reflects the brand representation of its partners in addition to providing the customer with a quality auto decal that they are proud to display.
